• Questions about the testing method. Happy to explain how a conclusion was reached.

What we do not do

• Paid link insertions, sponsored posts, or “guest post with a do-follow link” offers.
• Removing a negative finding in exchange for a partnership. Findings stand.
• Technical support for third-party products. Contact the provider directly.

Response time

Corrections are prioritised and usually handled within a few days. Other messages may take longer. If your email is about a specific article, putting the URL in the subject line helps.
